Larry Banack, a recognized leader in dispute resolution, has over 30 years of experience in civil litigation and now specializes in mediation and arbitration through Banack Resolutions Inc. His background spans commercial litigation in areas such as business, real estate, construction, estates, and professional liability disputes. As a mediator, arbitrator, and settlement counsel, Larry is skilled in resolving multi-party disputes efficiently. His practice is adaptable, offering both in-person and virtual sessions to accommodate clients’ needs.

Larry is actively engaged in the legal community. He served as a Bencher of the Law Society of Upper Canada for 16 years and continues as Bencher Emeritus. His contributions include 7 years as Chair of the Law Foundation of Ontario and 3 years as Chair of the Law Commission of Ontario. He also regularly publishes “Banack’s Bencher News,” keeping legal professionals informed on key developments from Convocation.
