TO CHECK MY AVAILABILITY, PLEASE REVIEW THE “CALENDAR” LINK ON MY HOME PAGE

  1. ONCE COUNSEL AGREE UPON AN AVAILABLE DATE:
  2. PLEASE REQUEST THE DATE VIA THE “CALENDAR” LINK. You will receive an email from the Booking Coordinator confirming that your date has been put on hold for 48 hours.
  3. PLEASE SEND THE COMPLETED BOOKING FORM BELOW TO SECURE THE BOOKING.
  4. ALL COUNSEL WILL BE SENT A CONFIRMATION LETTER.

Once public health concerns permit, It is acceptable at the time of booking for counsel to select any location for the mediation. Failing agreement of counsel, an in-person mediation will be held at Arbitration Place, Toronto.

Any further instructions/comments:

Once a booking has been made that date will be set aside exclusively for you. A confirming letter will be sent, setting out the terms of engagement that will then be binding on parties and counsel. The mediation will start at 10:30 a.m. (unless otherwise stipulated at time of booking).
