BBN Newsletter #189
LSO CONNECTS:
This new LSO communications channel replaces the LSO Portal. It will be the only online method to communicate with the Law Society.
Don’t ignore an email invitation from noreply-LSO Connects to set up your LSO Connects account.
You will be provided with a link that is unique to you. All of your information is to be ported from the original LSO Portal.
After clicking on the link, ensure you are registering for an LSO Connects account.
You cannot login using your previous LSO Portal credentials.
Once you have set up your account, review your information to ensure everything is correct and up-to-date. This will be how you will update your contact information, file your annual report and pay your annual fees. (Remember that going forward only individuals pay, not firms.) In total it took me under 5 minutes, including creating a password.
For more information visitLSO.ca/lso-connects.
If you do not see your invitation within a week check your spam or junk folder. If you have not received your invitation, or for questions email lawsociety@lso.ca.
